You have to make each of them stronger so that when the waves go nuts, you won’t be moved.

How Secure Is Your Business?
Say you’ve been made aware that a staff member is obsessed with how much money your business is making.
How easy would it be for them to just take over the business and start their own?
You’d probably catch them asking you more personal questions than you’re comfortable with (Maybe even eyeballing the confidential file cabinet a little too much).
Basically, they start being much more suspicious than any normal employee.
And if all you do is hide your information in a drawer, you’re setting yourself up for a sneak attack.

ONE of anything will make your business vulnerable to failure.
Have multiple tunnels that one must get through in order to reach your company’s private information? It’ll be harder to reach.
Have multiple ways to market your business? If ONE gets stolen, becomes ineffective, or no longer works, your business will still grow.
Create so many layers of armor over your business that if ANYTHING ever goes wrong, it becomes impossible to set you back far enough to do damage.
It’ll make you and your team so confident that it’ll make customers EAGER to buy from you.
Because people like confidence and assurance.
They like knowing that they’re receiving something that’ll benefit them.
If they see these qualities in you and your company, they’ll think of you as their prize.
Your prices become a privilege instead of a burden to pay.
ALWAYS avoid ONE of anything.
Don’t Be The Ordinary Business
An ordinary business is comfortable with ONE.
They’re ok with ONE staff member, who has yet to retire, so they’re content paying for a single staff member.
They drool from the fact that if they stick to their ONE way of getting customers, they'll be fine, simply because nothing has gone wrong ‘so far’.
They don’t realize the danger of their business if that ONE staff member retires.
They don’t realize that if ANYTHING bad happens to their ONE way of getting customers, money will most likely NEVER be made again.
